An early adopter of injectables and skin laser technologies, Nakisha’s artful work has secured her reputation as a provider who helps her patients create meaningful internal and external changes in their lives while finding a balanced approach to anti-aging and beauty.

In addition to her busy practice, Nakisha enjoys spending time with her family and giving back, by supporting a variety of local businesses. She is an avid traveler and enjoys all things outdoors.
Nakisha completed her Practical Nursing Degree in Livingston, Tennesse at Tennesse College of Applied Technology and her Injectables Certification in Nashville, Tennesse at Beverly Hills RN Training Program. She has over a decade of nursing experience in Women’s Health and has been specializing in Aesthetic Nursing since 2018, she has experience treating patients of all ages.
A note from Nakisha Heady: I became obsessed with protecting my skin in my early twenties (think obsessive application of high quality SPF, a collection of sun blocking hats and appreciating the benefits of topical antioxidants). Once I entered my late twenties, the fixation on boosting collagen hit! I love topicals with peptides and trust in the magic of retinol. As far as procedures, I’d be devastated if I had to go without my lip plumping injections.
Sue Scott

Sue has been an Esthetion since 2017. After owning her own business at Surreal Skin Care for the past 4 years she is excited to partner in Glow Med Spa allowing her to offer clients a wider array of skin care services. Prior to becoming an esthetician she spent most of her career as a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant.
“ I love working as an esthetician and educating my clients of all ages and genders on the correct skin care routine and how to enhance their natural beauty “.
Some of Sue’s many services include eyelash extensions, chemical peels, dermaplaning, waxing and client specific facials . She is certified in several professional skin care lines and enjoys the art of the beauty industry.
In Sue’s down time she loves spending time with her son and family . She loves to travel and enjoy the beauty of nature.

Sierra is a Licensed Massage Therapist ready to serve her Glow Med Spa clients with a variety of modalities and the latest developments in the industry. Hot stone therapy, aromatherapy, and targeted muscle work are just a few of the ways Sierra can build a session around you and your needs.
A graduate of The Nashville School of Massage Therapy, Sierra is committed to providing her clients a calm, relaxing environment where they will get the most out of their time at Glow. Whether you’re looking for a break from your busy schedule or need help with specific muscle issues, Sierra will listen to your needs with compassion and care with the goal of helping you feel your absolute best!

Melanie Chaffin
Licensed Esthetician| Certified Laser Technician
​Melanie Chaffin brings eight years of skincare expertise and six years of laser mastery to the treatment room. Known for her fun-loving spirit, clinical skill, and honest approach to beauty, Melanie creates results that help people feel like their most confident selves—inside and out.
An alum of Genesis Career College and the prestigious National Laser Institute, Melanie blends medical-grade knowledge with personalized care to help her clients achieve glowing skin, smooth bodies, and laser-focused transformations (yes, literally).
“I love what I do because I get to empower people through self-care. Whether it’s laser hair removal or a relaxing facial, my goal is for every client to feel comfortable, cared for, and confident walking out the door.”
Before stepping into aesthetics, Melanie worked in the operating room from 2001 to 2010. She then dedicated seven years to raising her boy at home. Today, she proudly holds the titles of esthetician, laser tech, boy mom, dog mom—and honorary therapist to many of her clients.
A note from Melanie: I joke that I “laser buttholes for a living,” but the truth is—I’m passionate about what I do. Vanity isn’t a bad thing when it’s rooted in self-love. If I can help someone feel better in their skin, then I’ve done my job.

Marianne Trueman

Marianne joins Glow Med Spa as the dedicated injector at our Livingston location, bringing with her more than a decade of experience in nursing and a true passion for aesthetics. Before stepping into the world of medical aesthetics, Marianne spent 12 years caring for patients in cardiac care, building a strong clinical foundation rooted in compassion and precision.
In 2022, she launched her own mobile medspa service, delivering injectable treatments to clients throughout Middle Tennessee. While she loved bringing convenience and confidence to her clients, she’s now excited to settle into a permanent role with the Glow Med Spa team—offering the same trusted care in a beautiful new setting.
Marianne offers a full range of services including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, vitamin injections, and microneedling. She’s dedicated to staying on the cutting edge of the industry through ongoing training and advanced certifications.

Katherine is the friendly face who welcomes you with a smile and supports our injectors in providing the best possible experience. She brings a blend of joy, professionalism, and dedication to her role as both receptionist and certified nursing assistant. Working closely with our nurse injector, Nakisha Heady, Katherine is passionate about making every patient’s visit seamless, comfortable, and positive from start to finish.
Whether she’s managing appointments, assisting the clinical care team, or handling some behind-the-scenes details, Katherine takes pride in supporting our amazing owners and staff in creating a welcoming, organized environment for everyone we serve.
